LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Accepted payments: bank transfer, credit card or cash.
1.a: Any reservation must be confirmed with a 50% deposit, and the difference paid maxim 5 days before reservation´s starting date. In any another case, the reservation may be anulled and the deposit kept by the hotel.
2. Any credit card charge will be performed maxim three hours after the confirmation of reservation.
3. Cancellations: any client who may need to cancel his/her reservation and comunicates this fact to the hotel by written maxim 2 weeks prior arrival, will receive back the deposit without any reduction. After this date, the deposit will not be given back in any case.
4. Invoices and Receipts will be prepared and delivered to the client at the end of his stay in the hotel..
5. Services:
5.a. Due to any major force (any event independent of the hotel´s will, happened after the reservation confirmation, who difficults or make impossible the hotel obligations), any of the contracted services may be exchanged or anulled without previous notice.
6. Final Terms:
6.1 Any reservations confirmed by a deposit will be considered as a contract between hotel and client, with all and every obligations and rights between them.
6.2 Any photo, image or recording of any kind, performed at the hotel facilities, may be used by the hotel for advertising purposes.
6.3. For any possible reclamation or misunderstanding, both hotel and client will accept the competence of the Suceava County authorities and, on first place, the amiable diligences performed by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Suceava.
